It's simple. 
Just add a signature to your outgoing emails.
Contact your friends and relatives and 
ask them to do the same thing.

Here's how:

Go to Outlook Express.
Click "Tools"
Click "Options"
Click "Signatures"
Click "Signature Settings"
Click "New"

Type  your message in the box "Edit Signatures" then click "OK."
Find "Signature Settings at the top, check the box 
"Add signature to all outgoing messages."
(Use a loved ones name or use one on the Wall of Memory."
